b4999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

By accessing, registering with or using any part of the b4999 platform (available at b4999.ws), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and b4999. They apply to all services available through the b4999 platform including casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, bonuses, promotions, and any other features made available now or in the future. By continuing to use b4999 after any update to these terms, you agree to the updated version.

b4999 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any user at any time. If a user is found to have registered in breach of these eligibility requirements, b4999 may suspend or close the account, void any outstanding bets or game results, and withhold or return any funds as appropriate in the circumstances.

Each individual may register only one account on b4999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for identity verification and account recovery. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify b4999 support immediately.

• You must notify b4999 promptly if your registered mobile number changes, if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if your personal circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility to use the platform.

b4999 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time as required by its internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on b4999 must be conducted through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select Bangladeshi bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. b4999 reserves the right to change minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to b4999's review process. b4999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. b4999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
• b4999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, breach of these terms, or where additional KYC documentation is outstanding.

Currency on b4999 is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. b4999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency through the standard platform interface.

b4999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms applicable at the time the bonus is claimed. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• b4999 reserves the right to exclude any user from any specific promotion or bonus offer at its discretion, including where b4999 suspects the offer is being manipulated or exploited in bad faith. Decisions made by b4999 in relation to bonus eligibility and wagering calculations are final.

b4999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to place bets automatically, or to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human users.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would affect the fairness of outcomes, including live dealer games, poker variants or any multiplayer format.

• Registering more than one account on b4999 under the same or different personal details, or providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point during registration, verification or use of the platform.

b4999 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction where prohibited conduct is suspected. During any investigation, b4999 may temporarily restrict the account, including suspending deposit and withdrawal functionality, until the investigation is concluded. b4999's determination following an investigation is final and binding.

b4999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. b4999 provides the following tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-out: users may apply a temporary time-out from the platform for a period of their choosing. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for gaming, betting or depositing. Time-out requests are processed promptly by the b4999 team.

Unauthorised use of b4999's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b4999's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• b4999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside b4999's control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
• b4999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if b4999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Where b4999 is found liable to you by a court of competent jurisdiction, its total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or in connection with your use of the platform in any twelve-month period will not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your b4999 account in that same twelve-month period.

b4999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which b4999 may take this action include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment and bonus terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested by b4999 as part of its compliance procedures.
• Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, account sharing, use of prohibited software tools, or any other form of misconduct affecting the integrity of the platform.
• A request by the account holder to close their account, including a self-exclusion request submitted through b4999 support.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or terms breach may have their balance forfeited in full.

b4999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, b4999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the platform or by direct communication to the registered contact details. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
